1. Who we are
Jenzy is an independent, American-based apparel brand. We design drops for wrestling, politics/MAGA, football, basketball, Christian, and Gen Z culture. Jenzy is not affiliated with any team, league, political party, church, athlete, or public figure referenced in our designs — commentary and fan art only.
2. Orders & pricing
All prices are listed in USD by default. We show converted prices for your local currency as a convenience, but every checkout is processed in USD by our payment provider. Your bank sets the final exchange rate. We reserve the right to cancel any order with an obvious pricing or inventory error and refund the charge in full.
3. Print-on-demand model
Jenzy runs on a print-on-demand model. Every piece is made specifically for you after you place your order. Because nothing is pre-stocked, orders lock in the moment they're placed. See our Refund Policy for how this affects cancellations and returns.
4. Intellectual property
All artwork, graphics, copy, and the Jenzy name are ours (or used with permission). Don't repost, resell, or reproduce our designs without written permission. Fan-art and commentary designs on our store are protected creative expression — they aren't endorsements.
5. User conduct
Don't try to break the site, scrape it, or use it for anything illegal. Be cool in the comments, reviews, and DMs. We can restrict accounts or cancel orders that abuse the platform.
6. Limitation of liability
Jenzy is provided "as is." To the maximum extent allowed by law, we're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our products.
7. Updates
We may update these Terms as the brand grows. The version posted here is the one in effect. Continued use of the site means you agree to the latest version.
